About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to work in one retail location, approximately 13-14 hours per week on weekdays.

About You

As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently with a nationally recognized CPG brand, offering competitive hourly wages and ongoing support from our Leads.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain visually appealing product displays to attract customers
  • Execute account-specific initiatives, including bookings, end caps, and marketing programs
  • Provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, updating Planograms, and correcting out-of-stock issues
  • Prepare and submit required reporting daily

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for several hours on a continuous basis
