Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Blinkit Technologies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
Language: English
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
