Job Summary:

Duck Donuts Alexandria is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction that our customers have come to expect from us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain all food products, including icings, toppings, and other ingredients, to ensure they are fresh and of high quality.
  • Ensure that all dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support the inventory management process by tracking and monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of breakfast sandwiches and other menu items as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
