We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Professional to join our team at Polly's Cafe. As a Food Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Maintenance
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
