About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As the face of our branches, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and helping them achieve their financial goals.

As an essential member of our team, you will take a proactive approach to understanding customers' needs, listening actively, and processing day-to-day transactions. You will also nurture rich relationships, contribute to branch targets by identifying sales opportunities, and demonstrate expertise in mobile banking applications.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong customer relationship-building skills, the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and a passion for driving business results in a target-based performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement and personalized service
  • Process various transactions efficiently while maintaining high accuracy
