We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Go2STAFFING. This full-time, on-site position is located in midtown Toronto, conveniently situated on the subway line.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, multitask efficiently, and adjust priorities as needed to support office administration and insurance operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales and marketing support for medical professional insurance business
  • New client onboarding, including intake analysis and preparation of recommendations based on current coverage
  • Disability insurance application management, FEPO/FIO process comparison, and new application handling
  • Critical illness insurance review, ROP analysis, and new application processing
  • Lifelong learning with Go2STAFFING regarding life insurance policies, term switch deadlines, and new applications
  • Maintenance and updating of client records in electronic and physical files
  • Responding to client inquiries, providing detailed information about company products and services
  • Preparing policy summaries and ensuring up-to-date records
  • Submitting new applications, policy changes, and address updates to insurance carriers or MGAs

Additionally, this role involves managing office administration and reception duties such as ordering supplies, welcoming visitors, and overseeing deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Quality Management Software and Processes
  • Minimum 5+ years of Quality insurance experience
  • Insurance Industry experience (Personal lines preferred)
  • Test Automation skills
  • Demonstrated core competencies: excellent planning and organizational skills, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, process-oriented approach, excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize, and self-starter attitude
