Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at BIN 4 BURGER LOUNGE NANAIMO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Set schedules for staff and oversee their performance
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Manage inventory and costs to maintain profitability
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
