We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quality Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including coordinating seminars, planning budgets, and supervising other workers.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 people
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
