We are seeking a Recovery Specialist to help grow our business and contribute to our future. As a Recovery Specialist, you will be focusing on reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent as 1st party collections. Reporting to Manager, Debt Recovery, other highlights include:
  • Communicate with customers using email and phone calls.
  • Send and receive various documents to update accounts.
  • Find solutions and arrange payment(s).
  • Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
  • Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • High level of communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Have knowledge of computer software like, Microsoft suit, soft phone applications and different CRM Systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
