Office Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Language: English. Work Term: Permanent. Hours: 35 hours per week.
