Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Storm Mountain Lodge Corp. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Operational Support: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, rural area, hotel, motel, resort.
  • Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines, attention to detail.
