Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager to join our team at 3vimatech Inc.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.

You will administer policies and procedures related to record release, assist in budget preparation, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare reports. Additionally, you will oversee payroll administration, monitor and evaluate tasks, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.

Your work environment will be fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a large workload. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be efficient in your work, and able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software;
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (not required but preferred).
