Job Description- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, utilizing your expertise to meet their needs.
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
- Wrap and package prepared meats, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Remove bones from meat, exercising attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Weigh meats for sale, accurately recording weights for customer transactions.
- Cut poultry into parts, following safe handling practices to prevent contamination.
- Price meat products, applying knowledge of market rates and sales strategies.
- Sell meats to customers, providing exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets, adapting to changing customer demands and preferences.
- Grind meats, utilizing various equipment and techniques to achieve desired textures and consistency.
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, enhancing store appearance and driving sales.
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with relevant training or certification in meat cutting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
