Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description:

The Marine Crew Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing rotation schedules of ship personnel in accordance with our procedures, experience, and qualification requirements. This role requires excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement rotation schedules of ship personnel
  • Consult with internal customers on crewing matters
  • Provide support and assistance to shipboard senior management
  • Responsible for accurate and up-to-date records of shipboard personnel
  • Work in collaboration with shipboard and shore-based groups to implement our safety culture
  • Respond to and deal with crew-related emergencies
  • Monitor and facilitate return-to-work programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crew logistics or logistics
  • College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field or business management
  • Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
  • Relevant experience in crew logistics or logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
