About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Animal Health Director to lead our veterinary practice in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our animal hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions in animals through physical examinations and laboratory tests
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and train animal health technicians and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure seamless patient care and excellent communication with clients
Requirements
  • Degree in veterinary medicine or related field from an accredited institution
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary practice, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:
