Job Overview:

beBee Professionals is seeking a Payroll Processing Specialist to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing, a strong understanding of payroll regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The candidate should also have a working knowledge of payroll software and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll regulations

Maintain payroll records and file documents

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll

Reconcile payroll accounts

Assist with the preparation of payroll reports

Assist with the preparation of year-end tax documents

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing

Strong understanding of payroll regulations

Excellent organizational and communication skills
