Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant & Childcare Provider to join our team at Elite Domo. As the extension of our mother figure, this dynamic role requires a proactive approach, flexibility with working hours, attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities.

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Family Assistant, nanny, or similar professional to utilize their skills in household management, childcare, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks to maintain a smooth and organized household, while providing support to our mother in her daily activities.

The selected individual will have the opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team, utilizing their initiative, discretion, and confidentiality to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. They will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and career prospects within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with childcare duties, including supervising and engaging in activities with children aged 2 and 7 years.
  • Provide support in daily activities, ensuring seamless household operations.
  • Perform light surface cleaning, dusting, and organizing tasks, leveraging the existing team of cleaners.
  • Manage laundry and ironing, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Collaborate with the private chef to set the table, provide excellent table service, and assist with post-meal cleanup.
  • Oversee household inventories, ensuring essential supplies are always readily available.
  • Support special events or gatherings at home, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and flexibility.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a versatile Family Assistant, nanny, or in a similar role.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Showcase ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ensure a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess a reliable vehicle.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits package available, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
  • Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend commitments.
