Job Summary:
Martinrea International Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain physical plant and equipment, ensuring 100% production up-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Automotive, and be certified as a Millwright.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Ensure the safety of all manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Support and contribute to Quality Systems and environmental Systems requirements
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- Five years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent verbal/written English skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Additional Responsibilities:
- Respect and understand the Customer/Supplier relationship
- Ensure all manufacturing equipment is properly maintained
- Store all parts or tooling properly
- Observe all safety practices
