At SDH Stucco, we are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their best
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 to 40 hours of work per week
