Job Summary
The Janitorial Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all Industrial Janitors and Floor Professionals, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness in our site facilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist with general cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, including auto scrubbers and burnishers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities management
- WHIMIS certification an asset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
