Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Pandora. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Ambassador: Embody the Pandora brand and culture, taking pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences and promoting our products.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, exceeding commercial targets and KPI expectations.
- Team Leadership: Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering a sense of accountability and empowering them to achieve their KPI goals.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
- Store Operations: Support store managers and sales associates in maintaining a high-performance selling environment, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient store operations.
- Results-Oriented Seller: Proven track record of success in high-performance sales environments, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Sharp business acumen, with analytical thinking and the ability to deliver positive results.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
