Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting customers during service calls, planning technicians' schedules, and ensuring the follow-up of contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers during service calls and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and schedule technicians' work to meet contractual agreements with clients
  • Organize and follow up on contractual obligations to ensure timely completion

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in dispatch or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work with various software systems
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
