About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain professional to join our team at Randstad. As an Intermediate Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing and procuring goods and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Manage procurement processes from start to finish, including RFx, contract negotiation, and contract management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
