Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, and emergency codes.
- Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor front-end associates, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers.
- Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, and initiatives.
- Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assisting with error corrections and verifying processes to meet company guidelines.
- Ensure EAS systems are functioning correctly, including cashiers deactivating and greeters handling issues appropriately.
- Prepare registers for opening and closing, supporting cashiers with change and maintaining front-end cash levels.
- Oversee and promote company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
