At UCB, we're driven by a passion to create value for people living with severe diseases. As a Medical Solutions Lead, Immunology, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing our medical strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adapt programs and materials to create patient value, working closely with the Medical Strategy Lead.
  • Serve as a scientific expert and Evidence Generation lead within the Canadian Immunology team.
  • Identify and foster purposeful partnerships with key scientific influencers to drive new sources of patient value.
  • Collaborate to advance local patient value-orientated initiatives with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards, including scientific expert review of material for Canadian use.
  • Contribute to a clear, well-designed strategic and tactical plan to deliver optimal patient value and achieve UCB's objectives.
  • Influence highly rated and impactful educational programs, Evidence Generation, and local publication plans.
  • Field activity demonstrating strong, purposeful relationships with national and regional KOLs.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a PhD in a medical function, preferably with 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You should have a strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment, customers, and internal operations. A demonstrated track record of delivering quality, relevant medical education programs is essential. Established relationships with external scientific and clinical experts in dermatology and rheumatology in Canada are also required.
