Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a key member of the BABY ENROUTE team, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market research data to inform business decisions. Key responsibilities include developing events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, maintaining the organization's Internet and intranet sites, overseeing content creation, hiring, training, and motivating staff, planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, directing public relations and advertising campaigns, and assisting in the preparation of reports, brochures, and other materials. This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions

- • Hire, train, and motivate staff
