Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Philip Poyntz. The successful candidate will be responsible for stacking rolls of sod, maintaining tractors, and performing daily farm maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stacking 9 sq ft rolls of sod (turf grass)
  • Maintaining all models of New Holland tractors
  • Performing daily variety of farm maintenance tasks
  • Familiarity with discing, cultivating, mowing, and field maintenance (stone/rock picking)
  • Valid driver's license required for field work
  • Familiarity with forklift operation

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with tractor maintenance and farm equipment operation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
