About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Axis Transportation Training Centre Ltd. as a Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material
    • Develop and edit marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
    • Ensure all written materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Prepare Written Material
    • Develop and edit reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles
    • Conduct research and gather data to support marketing initiatives
  • Produce Educational and Publicity Programs
    • Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and sessions
    • Design and implement publicity campaigns to promote events and services
  • Provide Consultation on Planning and Starting of New Businesses
    • Offer expert advice on marketing strategies and business development
    • Collaborate with entrepreneurs and small business owners to develop marketing plans
  • Publicize Activities, Workshops, Meetings, and Other Events
    • Develop and execute publicity campaigns to promote events and services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Supervise Professional and Support Staff and Students
    • Lead and manage teams to achieve marketing objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution
  • Administer Programs to Promote Industrial and Commercial Business Investment
    • Develop and implement programs to promote business investment in rural and urban areas
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain marketing databases and records
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan Development Projects
    • Develop and implement project plans to achieve marketing objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct Comparative Research on Marketing Strategies
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in marketing
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies based on research findings
  • Prepare Reports, Research Papers, Educational Texts, or Articles

  • Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies

  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries
