About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to join our team and drive performance excellence across the organization. As a key member of our analytics team, you will lead and oversee performance measurement and analysis in support of key stakeholders and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and automate monthly/quarterly management reporting, Executive dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) in close coordination with IB Retail and IB Analytics teams.
  • Oversee data integrity and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual IB Insurance reporting, including working with the Retail IB Team responsible for managing operational and administration activities centered around Business Reporting.
  • Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the team by deepening stakeholder relationships and contributing as a Centre of Expertise for performance analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English - Spanish is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others at a senior level without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills and effective execution skills to ensure successful delivery/initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of management reporting principles; ability to sustain a broad-based knowledge of Bank's and Global Operation's strategies.
