Job Title: Contact Center Rep IV, TD Insurance General Insurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Representative IV to join our team at TD Insurance. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge of TD Insurance products and services to offer value-based advice and solutions to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional listening skills and a curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
  • Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude when responding to challenging situations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity when managing sensitive customer information in alignment with Regulatory and Compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
