Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Compliance: Lead and promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all warehouse staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • People Leadership: Supervise and coach warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer orders are picked and shipped in a timely and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding customer service standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a frontline supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
  • University or college education; a focus in Operations, Logistics or related field.
  • Excellent people leadership abilities and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Approachable, positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
