Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at 686949 NB LTD. As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the night shift, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including payments and refunds, and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of hotel rooms, including vacancies and reservations.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency procedures, including fire safety and first aid.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Bilingual.
- Work Setting: Hospitality industry, hotel, motel, resort.
