Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at SEHJAS HOMES LTD. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Meeting and Event Support: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders.
- Communication and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees, including mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Persons with Disabilities: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the career development of employees with disabilities.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Provide mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
- Youth: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the career development of youth.
- Veterans: Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the career development of veterans.
- Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the career development of Indigenous employees.
- Mature Workers: Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the career development of mature workers.
- Visible Minorities: Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
