Tru by Hilton in Bracebridge, ON is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Job Summary:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and local community groups
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand our reach and establish partnerships

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor sales performance, and report variances to management

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
