Farm Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team at Witdouck Farms. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for performing general farm duties, including maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the farm.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, performing tasks such as harvesting crops and tending to livestock. You will also be responsible for writing daily progress reports to keep track of your activities.

• Perform general farm duties, including cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with harvesting and crop management
• Tend to livestock and maintain their living areas
• Write daily progress reports to document your activities

• No degree or certification required, on-the-job training provided
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
• On-site housing options available

• Seasonal work term, approximately 40-60 hours per week
