Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jaibadrivishal Food Services O/A Made In India.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and stocked.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that all staff are qualified and experienced in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player.
