Thomson Tremblay inc. is seeking a Retail Store Operations Manager to lead our Quebec-based retail team. With hundreds of storefronts across Canada, our company is a leader in the retail industry. We are always looking for candidates with strong leadership and great dynamism.

As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for organizing high-volume store operations, recruiting and training new staff, and planning work schedules. You will also apply company procedures and policies, maintain shelf supplying to maximize sales, and offer exemplary customer service.

Key qualifications include fluency in French, spoken and written, five years of experience minimum in retail, including two years specifically in retail management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to prioritize, with excellent organizational skills, leadership, and customer service.

Location: Our available positions can be found in various cities across Quebec. Salary: Assistant-manager: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year. Manager: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year. Schedule: Full-time, permanent position.
