About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team at Global Chicks Importing LTD. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for clients, supervising staff, and teaching interest or professional development courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create custom fashion designs for clients
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers and staff
  • Teach interest or professional development courses to staff and clients
  • Confer with clients to determine design needs and preferences
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality designs
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the fashion industry
  • High fashion - haute couture experience
  • Women's clothing design experience
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Accurate and dependable with a client-focused approach
