Job Description

This permanent position is ideal for individuals with secondary school education and less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective plans to prioritize tasks, organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Task Planning and Organization: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, organize work to accomplish goals, and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse setting
Work Details
