Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, market research, and effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and procedures to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, leveraging your expertise in market analysis and research
- Perform administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and excellent communication with stakeholders
- Recruit and hire staff who share our vision for excellence and customer satisfaction
- Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities, showcasing our commitment to transparency and customer-centricity
- Provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks
- Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, informing our marketing strategies and product offerings
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
- Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales approaches
- Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, making informed decisions that align with our company's vision and goals
- Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights from customers and stakeholders
- Develop a portfolio of marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand values and offerings
- Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure they meet our high standards and expectations
- Develop feasibility studies to inform our business decisions and minimize risks
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to reach new customers and drive sales
- Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and on-line buy/sell Internet sites to stay connected with our network
- Develop marketing strategies that are tailored to our target audience and aligned with our company's overall goals
- Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place, maintaining compliance and minimizing risks
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to showcase our expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement business plans that drive growth and revenue, while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence
