We are seeking an Office Support Coordinator to join our team at Top Skills Construction Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our operations team, using a calendar system to ensure timely reminders and notifications.

  • Respond to telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Handle electronic enquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, ordering as needed to ensure that we have sufficient stock.

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.

  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents as required by our operations team.

Requirements

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.

  • No prior experience is necessary, but we would prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
