Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume project leadership and guarantee value delivery through effective management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across various sectors, aligning mandates with customer and employee experience enhancement.
  • Mobilize project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration among experts from diverse backgrounds.
  • Manage priorities, initiative distribution, and product backlog sequencing to ensure timely project completion.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders across multiple business lines to prioritize needs and facilitate effective communication.
  • Craft and communicate business objectives and changes to all relevant parties, fostering a culture of transparency and inclusivity.

About Your Team:

You will report to the Manager, Design and Delivery, Business Processes, and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to accelerating Commercial Banking transformation. This collaborative environment promotes open communication, integrity, and respect for individual differences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank's university program with 7-9 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in project management and governance is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence, and excellent leadership qualities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Mastery of workshop facilitation techniques, such as Design Thinking, is an asset.
  • PMP certification, Agile/Scrum training, Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are highly valued.

About Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, reflecting the complexity and scope of this role. In addition to compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote your well-being and support your family's needs.
