Key Responsibilities:- Hardware Deployment: Perform intermediate IMAC activities, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related tasks on PCs, laptops, printers, POS devices, etc.
- Software Installation/Support: Handle software installation, support, and upgrades.
- Deskside Support: Provide technical assistance with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Help Desk Support: Respond to calls from the National Dispatch/Call Management Center and communicate with customers to diagnose problems, establish E.T.A., and parts requirements.
- Experience: 1-2 years of field service experience in hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities, as well as deskside support experience.
- Skillset: Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills, A+ certification, and vendor certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, HP).
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks, exceptional customer service skills, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within PeopleToGo.
