Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at our clinic in Waterloo (Columbia). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional nursing services to patients in our fully equipped nursing clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients, working independently or in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
  • Provide a wide range of nursing services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, and catheter management
  • Perform other clinical duties as required, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
