Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies at competitive prices.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to utilize hotel facilities.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs supporting newcomers and refugees.
- Youth Employment: Participate in initiatives supporting youth employment.
- Veterans: Participate in programs supporting veterans.
- Indigenous People: Participate in initiatives supporting Indigenous people.
- Visible Minorities: Participate in programs supporting members of visible minorities.
Work Details: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language.
