- Create and support a positive employee learning experience for all team members
- Leverage your design, facilitation, and participant experience expertise to support the creation, assembly, and maintenance of learning materials
- Monitor survey submissions and completions, analyzing results and generating reports to inform future improvements
- Apply data analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations on learning needs and solutions
- Support a learning framework for ApplyBoard employees across all functional areas of the business, in alignment and partnership with the P&C team
- Collaborate and strategize with HR Partners and other stakeholders to identify current and future training needs and priorities
- Drive employee engagement activities in partnership with the Global P&C team that directly impact year-over-year engagement scores

- Ability to administer and analyze a learning needs analysis
- Excellent technical writing experience
- Certificate in Adult Learning and/or Leadership Coaching certification
- Prior experience with any LMS, Brightspace LMS is an asset
- Prior experience with Employee Engagement
