Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tahini's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all food preparation and service meets our high standards.
Estimate and Manage InventoryAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
Ensure Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
Prepare Budgets and ReportsPrepare and submit accurate and timely budgets and reports to management.
Maintain Records and SchedulesMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Supervision3-4 people.
Work TermTemporary.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours40 hours per week.
