About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing top-notch customer support to consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees through various channels such as phone, email, online chat, and at times, outbound follow-up services. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to manage all aspects of customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, emails, online chats, and other communication channels.
  • Manage internal and external requests of varying complexity, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Register customer contact details into ticketing applications and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with full fluency in French and English.
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in phone and email-based environments.
  • Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to work with websites and databases.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, ownership mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
  • Professional and enthusiastic attitude, with ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
