About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at 14454359 Canada Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including windows and doors, to ensure a high-quality finish and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience for clients.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other workers and utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, but a background in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
