Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Signature Service Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.
  • Communication: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
